SHIPPING
When will I receive my order?
Since most watches we sell are pre order, that means it takes at least 2 weeks for us to get the parts, 2 day handling time and then your order will be shipped. Orders within US are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days).
You will receive and email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
How much is international shipping?
All international order are shipped with UPS Worldwide Expedited. Typically the transit time is between 2 to 5 days. Please go to checkout to see the cost and estimated delivery time for your country.
WARRANTY & RETURNS
What is the warranty period?
6 months from the date of purchase.
What are the terms of the warranty?
Watch Wisely 6 months warranty covers your watch for repair or replacement in case of fault, failure or defect excluding those which arise due to misuse as outlined below, even during the warranty period:
- Damage caused by improper use or carelessness.
- Superficial damage such as scratches, dents and knocks arising from regular use.
- Damage or failure arising from repair or modification by a third party person or company.
Water damage is not covered by the warranty. In the event you need to claim a repair or replacement under warranty please get in touch with your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue.
What is your return policy?
We offer refunds on watches returned within 30 days of the date received. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
